Elizabeth Harrington, a Lynchburg native, founded her interior design business in 2012. As the former founder and owner of two Lynchburg retail establishments, Carter Bates and the Silver Thistle, she has a career span of over 35 years in the fashion and design field and draws on a background of fine arts, decorative arts, and interior decorating to initiate the creative process of designing interiors.
Maintaining an emphasis on simplicity and understated elegance, her interiors feature a blend of clean lines, antique pieces, modern furniture, art, and unique accessories. Beautiful, welcoming spaces that exude comfort and reflect the home and the character of the people who live and work in them. She strives to make a statement in every room, designing interiors that are both livable and memorable.
